Digital Media & Advertising Specialist

Digital Media & Advertising Specialist plays a key role in translating each client’s advertising objectives into data driven and effective ad schedules across all social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage end-to-end digital content creation for all clients and timely activations of creative aspects from other team resources to inject life into client social media channels
  • Regular monitoring of social landscape and advertising that leverages creative aspects of client products and promotions, in order to drive in additional brand awareness and business leads
  • Develops, creates, optimizes, and reports on digital advertising campaigns for multiple accounts through competitive research, benchmarking and best practices designed to increase ad engagement
  • Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions on Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Management of ad budgets, text ad creatives, and keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
  • Analysis and audits of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy
  • Actively collaborate with individual client teams and internal media relations teams to ensure brand consistency and to align generic content and digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives
  • Research, implement and manage social media listening services to report insights to client teams along with associated strategies for client success
  • Consistent daily community management of engagements on social channels to ensure platforms are up to date the the clients are best positioned for success
  • Drafting and updating response matrixes for each client team to ensure a structured brand voice is maintained
  • Must be a team player who contributes to the team environment for overall success
  • Consistently interface with emerging technologies, social media monitoring tools, social media platforms, mobile applications, blogs, widgets and overall digital culture

Requirements

  • Google Ads Certification required
  • SEO Certification required
  • Google Analytics experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines (previous agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of how all of social channels and search engines work together with advertising is a plus
