Office Manager

Uproar PR’s office manager is responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the agency’s office. This person makes sure that office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered promptly, the office is kept tidy and that all administration processes work effectively.


  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, and errands
  • Answer the operator  phone line and direct calls as needed
  • Organize and schedule meetings – make sure conference room is tidy and order food, if needed
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Run errands as needed
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with HR and IT on all office equipment
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Provide general support to the agency partners


  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and very tidy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
