Fall 2022 Digital Media Internship

Location: Remote

Uproar PR is a full service public relations, digital and creative agency that specializes in developing strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness and create industry buzz. Our team provides unique insight and perspective into media relations, thought leadership and social media. The agency’s out-of-the-box thinking not only helps clients reach new audiences, it also helps drive sales – which is the ultimate goal for every campaign.

At the end of the internship program, students will be expected to compile the skills they’ve acquired into a campaign that will be presented agency wide.


Uproar PR is seeking a bright and highly-motivated undergraduate student (junior/senior level) for our Fall Internship Program. Interns typically work 12 to 20 hours a week and can expect to gain experience and training in a wide range of areas including:


  • Drafting compelling social media content to support a wide range of clients
  • Assisting in the execution of influencer campaigns by researching potential influencers, tracking metrics, etc.
  • Researching keywords to be used for different SEO projects
  • Monitoring the performance of keywords in various SEM campaigns
  • Becoming Google Ads certified
  • Assisting with photo and video shoots for various clients
  • Gaining experience in social media management of platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram


Applicants who may be considered for an interview will possess the following qualifications:


  • Currently attending a college or university in a related undergraduate degree program (junior/senior level)
  • A GPA of at least 3.0
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
  • Strong analytical skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to perform well in a Remote based setting
