Catriona co-founded Uproar PR in 2011.  She oversees the daily operations of the agency and provides the vision for new initiatives and strategies that will drive outstanding results for clients.  Prior to starting Uproar, Catriona was the Vice President of East Coast Operations for a San Francisco-based PR firm who specialized in Tech PR. She prides herself on always pushing just a little bit harder to get the absolute best results. In her free time you will find her running a half marathon, baking with her two daughters or exploring the country with her husband and kids as they attempt to conquer all 50 states as a family. Catriona grew up in California and graduated with her B.A. in Communications from Saint Mary’s College of California. She is also on the Executive Board for the Orlando Science.  The Orlando Business Journal named her one of the Forty under 40 in both 2009 and 2011 and CEO of the Year in 2017.
Mike Harris

Mike co-founded Uproar PR in 2011.  Known internally as the “Big Idea Guy,” Mike regularly works with teams to come up with campaign ideas that will really move the needle. He focuses on helping clients tell their brand stories through an integrated PR campaign centered around the company goals.  Prior to founding Uproar PR, Mike was Vice President for a San Francisco-based tech PR agency.  He also spent 10 years in local and network television. Mike has produced full- length broadcasts for CBS, ABC, ESPN and The NFL Network. Mike is a lifelong Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan and a Pearl Jam fan. In his free time you’ll find him at a game, concert or riding bikes with his two daughters and wife. He is also on the executive board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Mike has a B.A. degree in journalism from The University of South Florida.  The Orlando Business Journal named Mike one of the Forty under 40 in 2010 and under his direction, the agency has won Corporate Culture of the Year from Entrepreneur Magazine.
Christine Curtin

Account Director
Christine is the head of Uproar’s Chicago office, encompassing both technology and consumer clients. As the senior-level support, she advises teams on how to deliver campaigns that exceed expectations and drive overall business growth. Her knack for identifying strong story angles has earned coverage in Fortune, the Wall Street Journal, Cosmopolitan, US Weekly, TechCrunch, Mashable and more. Before joining Uproar in 2014, Christine worked as a media relations executive at another PR and digital marketing agency in Chicago. She has a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Kansas and enjoys working out and testing new vegetarian recipes.

Account Director
Laura is an Account Director overseeing Uproar’s med-tech and healthcare clients as well as the digital marketing department.  She is a University of Florida grad (Go Gators!) with a background in digital and social media marketing, content strategy, corporate and crisis communications, and public relations. She loves connecting with clients to understand their needs and pushing the limits to achieve them through digital content strategy, social media marketing, and earned media campaigns. In her free time, you’ll find her paddle boarding, visiting the dog park with her rescue Border Collie, and planning her next travel adventure.

Known for visionary design and passion for all things pixel, Ralph has been designing for the digital world for more than half of his 15+ year career. Form and function merge gracefully in his work, and he’s known for original thinking, digital strategy, and targeted visual communications that deliver clear results. In his free time Ralph enjoys being a husband and father, spending time with his family and friends, taking adventurous bike rides and going to the beach.

Colleen serves as an Account Director for Uproar’s tech practice.  With more than 30 years of experience in Public Relations, she has successfully developed strategic PR programs for Business to Business, Business to Consumer and nonprofit organizations.  Her experience includes a six-year stint at a high tech PR firm based in San Jose, California. As an Account Director with Uproar, Colleen is responsible for developing strategic PR programs, messaging and creative tactical ideas for clients. Colleen graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Florida State University.

Emily has a deep passion for PR and telling her client’s stories with powerful and impactful top-tier coverage.  Emily leads the agency’s restaurant and lifestyle teams and is keen on bringing fresh, new ideas and creative concepts to her clients. Emily has worked with some of the world’s most prestige brands in the hospitality, entertainment, tourism, restaurant and travel industry.  Prior to joining Uproar, Emily was Senior PR Manager at SeaWorld Parks and Resorts.  She has a strong background in crisis communications and media relations and is always eager to guide her teams to think out-side-the-box to produce successful results for clients. Emily has a Communications degree from Florida State University with a minor in English.  When away from work, Emily spends time with her husband and young daughter.  They love exploring the City Beautiful, trips to the ocean, boating, trying new restaurants and occasional adventures to Orlando’s exciting theme parks.
