Sports Tech Start-Up Challenge

The Sport & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA) held it’s 2016 Industries Leaders Summit in Denver this past week. The conference held its inaugural Start-Up Challenge, where 50 start-up companies from over 20 different countries competed to win one free year of SFIA membership and a public relations campaign from Uproar.
A panel of senior sport and fitness industry executives, including our very own Co-Founder and Partner, Catriona Harris, judged presentations from five companies – OrderMyGear, Shnarped, SymGym, Gearsay and Hookit. Hookit, a sports technology platform that offers powerful solutions to quantify and track the value and performance of sponsorships using big data and deep analytics, was this year’s winner! We can’t wait to kick off their PR campaign and add this innovative company to our impressive roster of sports technology clients.
