Restaurant PR – The Recipe for A Perfect Event

Emily Kruszewski, an Uproar PR Account Manager overseeing our restaurant PR team says, “Events are our specialty! We see events as a fantastic way to garner media attention.” This past week, we helped our client Del Frisco’s host the America’s Miss World contestants for dinner on their first night in Orlando. The Del Frisco’s team wanted it to be a high energy event with a packed floor, and Uproar made sure to deliver just that. Not all restaurant events are created equal, but it’s up to the Uproar team to make them all a piece of cake for the client.

Media Outreach

Uproar reached out to reporters to get them interested in the event. With persistence and a knack for delivering messages creatively, Uproar secured interest with local TV stations.

Strong Company Support

We talk about this a lot, (and we really do mean it) but our culture has helped make events like this one so successful. Del Frisco’s was hoping for a busy restaurant and the Uproar team made that happen. It was exciting to see so many coworkers show up to our team’s event!

Persistence

Events can be a “gamble,” but persistence and quick thinking help to turn ideas into successful events. The team worked long hours and made sure to provide support in any area during the event, letting no task be too small.

Each event teaches the team something new and we are so excited to be able to make our clients’ visions come to life!
