Idalia Dillard heads Uproar’s Human Resources & Operations department managing overall HR components such as recruiting, on-boarding, benefits, policies and procedures, and office maintenance for the agency. Idalia has diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations. Her broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Idalia is committed to keep improving the employees’ work culture.
