Uproar PR has often been named The Best Place to Work, and its no doubt with the great reward days we experience as a team. The Chicago office spent their Q3 reward day watching the Chicago Cubs game, and last week it was time for the Orlando office to enjoy a day at Discovery Cove!
The Orlando employees got a chance to relax and recharge at the all-inclusive resort style park. From spending time winding down the lazy river to snorkeling with tropical fish, the day allowed for team bonding and a chance to work on our tans!
“My favorite part of the day was just getting to relax with my friends,” Account Coordinator Elizabeth Landy says. “We had so much fun and it really was the best reward day yet!”
These reward days have encouraged the team to reach goals and think creatively for clients and even get to know one another on a personal level on the day of the event.
“I loved spending the day snorkeling!” says Account Executive Lauren Cozza. “Building friendships in an office of this size is so important and it was fun to do that on a day like this.”
